The Property Owners’ Association Forum and Resource Center was founded when we, the members of Association Assistant, LLC, realized that there were very few resources for Property Owners Associations on the internet. That’s when we used our expertise — and the assistance of a board certified residential real estate attorney — to create an easy to use website that contains a substantial data base of ideas, forms and frequently asked questions, all for a reasonable price. This website provides a vehicle for directors, officers and committee members to obtain needed information without the necessity of hiring an attorney or pay the expenses of a management group. As a result, this website is quickly becoming a resource for Owners’ Associations all over the United States.
