Ideas for Promoting Community Spirit and Neighborly Cooperation

One of the many responsibilities of a Property Owners Association is to promote community spirit and neighborly cooperation among all of the residents. Due to the hectic nature of our daily lives, it is important that the Association be proactive in hosting neighborhood events so that residents can come together and get to know one other. By allowing residents an opportunity to “know their neighbor,” the Association is building a strong community foundation, increasing security, and maybe even preventing potential squabbles.

Here are suggestions to get you started:

1. Annual/Monthly Bar-B-Ques
