• Once on this website choose Texas Statutes and then Property Code. The Chapters that most affect Owners Associations are Chapters 201 through 211. Also of value is the Business Organizations Code which gives the Association guidance on how to conduct meetings, rules affecting the board of directors and other such items. The chapters in this code are very interrelated but Chapter 22 specifically deals with nonprofit corporations such as Associations.
